A tip has informed me Christina Kiesel has gotten married this year!

The Real Housewives of Vancouver Facebook page posted photos of a lavish affair with hints as to what happened. Could it be Christina's wedding? I guess we'll find out in a few month. Take a look at the photos! It looks like a fun affair!

Backlash For Bickerton

Seriously, did any one like Mike Bickerton? I feel like he didn't do a good job hosting the Real Housewives of Vancouver. And everyone on Twitter, Tumblr and the forums seems to agree. There's a poll up to your right. Vote and we'll see what we thought. But here's some of my thoughts:

• seemed disengaged 
• acted as more of a commentator than a host. Andy Cohen (the host for all the American RH reunions) really gets into things. Bickerton was kinda just like "ohh" and "that's nice. So how are you?"
• was kind of a drag to listen to. RuPaul's my ideal host (seriously, can you imaging that reunion show?) but since he's out walking the catwalks I figure Slice would get someone with a little more energy. He looked like he was riding the bus on Valium 

The Real Housewives of Vancouver is one of the very few decent shows Canada's produced. I think it could do well in the US but they need a stronger host for their reunion. Not some second-rate wanna-be tv reporter. They should get the guy from Dragon's Den to do it. 

Jody Claman Lawsuit Follow-Up

Remember the dramatic scene on the Real Housewives reunion where Jody Claman sued/served Christina Kiesel, Reiko Mackenzie and Mary Zilba? I don't know if the papers hold any weight but they were written up by a real estate lawyer. Hm. Guess you can't get a civil lawyer when you yourself aren't civil. Haha, get it??

Also fro what I've heard, no one went to court, and cease and disists are basically just pieces of paper tell you to shutup. Not an actual lawsuit. So why bother?

Unhappy Vintage Customer

I highly recommend browsing through Jody Claman's twitter favorites. It's just an endless list of nasty things people say about her. Not sure why. Anyway, I found this little gem from an unsatisfied Glass House customer:

It seems the queen of mean not only sells vintage, but doesn't bother clean out the previous user's stuff. Hm, not a good business practice- new or used.

Real Housewives Marathon!

Us Real Housewives of Vancouver junkies will be gathering in front of our computers for a RHOV marathon this Saturday. Please join us. We'll all be live tweeting the event.

When: Saturday August 4th. 12pm (noon) PST / 3pm EST

Where: online. If you're in Canada, Slice has it online for free. If you're from the US I do not advise you to watch it online here because that is illegal. If you're from Canada I would not advise you to go to the same site as the Americans and watch it so you can skip commercials.
