Unhappy Vintage Customer

I highly recommend browsing through Jody Claman's twitter favorites. It's just an endless list of nasty things people say about her. Not sure why. Anyway, I found this little gem from an unsatisfied Glass House customer:

It seems the queen of mean not only sells vintage, but doesn't bother clean out the previous user's stuff. Hm, not a good business practice- new or used.
